My passion for creativity and wellbeing is something I am eager to share with others at Yoga with Zoe. Having trained in dance, I believe yoga is a vital fitness component for every body. Therefore, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training specialising in Ashtanga Yoga.
While there are many similarities between Ashtanga and other forms of yoga, Ashtanga Yoga is typically an athletic and dynamic practice. It includes large elements of strength training as well as stretching and relaxation.

Stretch and Technique Class - influenced heavily by Ashtanga Yoga, this class focuses on strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and coordination. The class finishes with relaxation to develop a stronger mind-body connection.
